**Ground and 3 Day Select shipping does not apply to the following states: HI, AK, PR, & VI. Shipping to Canada is available by UPS Standard or UPS Worldwide Express. UPS’ Peak-Season Service Guarantee for UPS Ground and UPS Standard is suspended for packages picked up or scheduled for delivery from December 13 - December 25. Therefore, transit time is not guaranteed for orders shipped by UPS Standard to Canada, and UPS Ground to US 48 states during the holiday season. For additional info, please contact UPS at 800-PICKUPS. Please note that all transit times do not include weekends and public holidays.
For example, if you want to receive your order before December 24th, 2011, you must place your order before Wednesday December 14, 2011, 09:00 AM PST when choosing the Ground shipping method. However, we highly recommend you to place your order early to avoid courier shipping delays.
* DDRGame.com will be closed December 24th, 25th, 26th, 2011 and January 2st, 2012. We accept orders on those days and they will be processed and shipped the following business day. The shipping dates are based on UPS or FedEx holiday schedules. DDRGame.com will not be held responsible for shipment delays caused by UPS or FedEX. Delays that are related to weather or natural disasters will not result in refunds of shipping charges. It is highly recommended that you request shipping that allows for delivery an extra day or two prior to the day that you MUST have your order.
